About The Book

Written by the Marine Conservation Society, this book teaches you everything you need to know about living a plastic-free life.

It starts with a typical morning routine and continues through the day with tips and practical advice for removing plastic at every possible opportunity - simple, practical methods that will make a huge change to the future of the planet. Whether we go plastic-free for an hour, a morning, a day, week, month or year, let's all turn the tide on plastic.
