New to Retinoids/ Vitamin A? Start out using it every third day for two weeks, then every other day for two weeks, gradually working your way up to nightly use. Don’t exfoliate on the nights you use Retinoids because it may cause irritation.

Always always wear SPF during the day when on a retinoid programme.

Pro tip - Make sure to start with dry skin. While we encourage moisturising products to be used on damp skin to help the actives absorb better, this does not apply to retinoids - they are powerful enough on dry skin. Also, consistency is key - we start to see skin smoothing results after a few weeks, but the real hallelujah moment is after about three to six months of use.
